I’m laughing too hard to even write a joke for this. It’s brilliant. God I love a good prank!

Inmates in a Vermont prison were tasked with designing a decal for the police officers there, and they modified the cow on the traditional state police logo. The “updated” version now has a pig as one of it’s spots. Classic!
