Tool is one of the best hard rock bands around, and their style is very unique. We used to think that it would be a very difficult sound to copy, but now we’ve just unearthed a video of middle-school aged students from Loveland Music Academy, Maineville Music Academy, and Lebanon Music Academy create an almost perfect replica of the classic Tool song 46 and 2.
Their teacher, Aaron O’Keefe, signed them up for some time in The Tracking Room studio in Nashville and let them go to work. The results are incredible, and you can see them in the video below.
It’s not the first time that his students have covered the classics, and you can check out more on his website from bands like Down, Pantera, Aerosmith and more.
