Throwback Friday Bo Knows Tecmo Super Bowl

Today’s throwback video of the week is brought to you by “Tecmo Super Bowl” on NES. In this video we get to watch Bo Jackson carve up the defense repeatedly. Let’s see Adrian Petersen try to do that in Madden 25. It’s not going to happen…and I think that’s why I miss old school football games.

The game is one of the all-time classics. Just do a Google search and you’ll find dozens of sites dedicated to the game even though it was released over five years before the internet became popular. The best one I’ve found was TecmoBowl.org, which is still putting up quality articles about this legendary game.
