We at Bro Council love sports. And growing beards. And good, manly food. But we also like being inspired. That could come from a game winning drive for a touchdown, an old man hearing some music in a nursing home that we covered earlier, or being inspired by the amazing work that is happening to see people experience things they may not otherwise be able to.
Here is your morning inspiration. This eight month old baby was born deaf, and the moment that doctor's activated a cochlear implant (also known as a bionic ear) for the first time in his ear was caught on film. It's the first time he's ever heard sound, and the first time he's heard his mother's voice.
