Apple’s App Store is very strict about what is allowed and rejected into their App Store, and they catch a lot of guff about this. Google’s Android Market is the exact opposite. They allow everything in and still catch a lot of guff about it. What exactly do people want?
I’ve never used the Android Market but just knowing that they allow every single app in without reviewing it has to be disastrous. At least Apple keeps out most of the riff raff. You pretty much have to run a tight ship when it comes to what apps you allow and reject because a lot of programmers out there make junk apps and just steal other people’s work. That’s just not right.
This article highlights many of the issues surrounding Google’s Android Market.
